[ 1. Purpose ]
The terms and conditions of use shown here fix on the terms such as authorities and duties between LIVE Score Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" and User (hereinafter referred to as the "User(s)") of any services or features of LIVE Score Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), which is provided by the Company.
[ 2. Definitions ]
The following words and terms shall have the meanings set forth below when they are used in the Terms and Conditions.
1. "User(s)" contains every customer who creates an ID through provided service.
2. "ID" means that the individual chooses with a combination of letters and numbers that Company allows.
3. "User information" means one's personal information like phone numbers that are requested upon the Company in order to provide service.
4. "Posting" means information such as text, symbols, and URL link that Users have posted.
[ 3. Agreement to Terms and Conditions ]
1. Following terms and conditions are valid as we announce to the Users through posting on the service and other methods.
2. The Company may modify the terms and conditions of use in a range of not being against the legislations about personal information protection, communication network of information and other legislations.
3. If the Company modifies the terms of use, we will announce the reasons of modification and applied dates prior to 7 days as referred to the first clause of Article.
4. We shall assume the fact that all the Users have agreed with the terms of use when unless there is an expressed rejection within 30 days though the information has been announced and posted.
5. Users are able to deactivate contract in use and discontinue using the service if disagree the terms of use.
6. The Terms and Conditions become effective to all the Users who want to utilize the service.
[ 4. Clauses and Regulations ]
In regards to unseen clauses written any of following clauses, the User may follow detailed use guideline completed by the Company and related laws
[ 5. Conclusion of Contact in Use ]
1. After customers (hereinafter applicants for membership) agree with the terms and conditions, the registration arrives at an agreement with the Company’s approval.
2. The Company reserves the right to modify or cease, at the Company's own discretion, the whole or part of the Service when applied to following criteria.
1) A case when a User uses a third party’s name and register illegally
2) A case when a false piece of information is posted or contents suggested by the Company are not posted
3) A case when a registration User loses the membership upon the operation policy of the Company.
4) A case when it’s judged to disallow the registration due to Users’ imputation
5) A case when the User refuses paying for the requested payment, deletes the payment source on purpose, and becomes unable to pay after the use of service without rational reasons.
3. The Company may defer approval due to technical difficulty or lack of facility inspection related to service provision.
4. The Company may modify or include more membership information measures that are necessary in terms of use in the future.
5. Users can withdraw through “withdrawal menu” within the service.
[ 6. Modification of Personal Information ]
1. Users may modify all the information except ID, and may review their own personal information through “personal information management menu” within the service.
2. Users must modify their changed personal information without hesitation and the Company is not accountable for any disadvantages caused by not carrying out so.
[ 7. Use of Service ]
1. The Company provides following services to Users.
1) LIVE Score Center : a service to offer a community that shares information such as live scores and result of national and international soccer/baseball/basketball leagues, detailed match information, records of each league and proto/toto information among Users.
2) Contents or other services offered by other business partners cooperating with the Company may be included within the Service.
2. After agreement of terms in use, Users are able to use the service right away.
3 The Company may inspect the service provision when necessary, and state to the Users the inspection time in advance.
4. The Company may temporarily cease the service due to technical difficulty, operation policy, or management. In this case, we will announce such matter in the service before or after.
5. The Company can decide the available time to use for each menu. In this case, we would post it on the server.
6. The Company may differentiate categories such as use hours, times of usage, service menus, etc. per member according to service policy.
7. The Company will do its best to improve the service when detected service disturbance.
[ 8. Discontinuation of Service Use and Contract Cancellation ]
1. The Company may termination the contact without notification during the course of service use. Also, Users shall not engage in the following when using the Service. the Company may terminate the contact without notification during the course of service use.
1) In the case when posting false contents or steal third party’s name in the course of registering or modifying personal information.
2) In the case when disobeying the operation policies shown in the service
3) Activities that hinder the third party’s and the Company’s regulation and cause any distraction within the service
4) Activities that illegally or improperly lead to the collection, disclosure, or provision of other’s personal information, registered information, User history, or the like
5) Activities that exchange the right to use the Contents into cash, property or other economic benefits without Company’s authorization.
6) Activities that infringe intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks and patents
7) In the case when making an action against related laws
8) In the case while making an action to elicit benefits from the Users and being against purpose of service
2. Users must follow all the postings created by the Company in relation to operation policy, usage information, and terms of use and must not deter the Company’s service operation whatsoever.
3. Users have a responsibility to compensate to the Company or the third party when they don’t abide Clause 1 and 2 above.
4. The Company may cease providing service corresponding to the following criteria.
1) A circumstance to improve the system due to service management
2) A circumstance when common carrier has discontinued the service
5. The Company may discontinue or limit the partial/entire service when there is an excessive amount of servers, technical difficulty, or national emergency
6. According to the preceding clause, the Company should inform the Users when limiting or disallowing the use of service and furthermore, we are obliged to inform the cause to customers.
[ 9. Protection of Personal Information ]
According to Information Network Law, the Company does the best in order to protect Users’ personal information. Related laws would be applied to User information. However, linked services other than the Company’s official service, personal information protection policy would not be applied.
[ 10. Posting Management ]
1. The Company is capable of deleting or concealing postings that contain contents against operational policies, “Information Network Law” or “Copyright Law”
2 The Company is capable of deleting or concealing, limiting membership, or withdrawing membership without notification beforehand when the posting belongs to any of clauses written below.
1) Postings such as sending inappropriate messages indiscriminately to numerous Users
2) Use the Service for the purpose of sexual conducts or obscene acts and use the Service for the purpose of meeting a person for sexual encounters
3) Postings that contain meaningless contents using vowels, consonants, and symbols
4) Postings that are related to religious and political activities or that attack certain groups of people or individual.
5) Postings that benefit or collaborate with anti-social groups or inappropriately spread personal information.
6) Postings that lead to the misrepresentation of the Company and/or a third party, or intentionally spread false information.
7) Postings that retain repeated contents, advertisement or fraud
8) Use the Service for the purpose of harassments or libelous attacks against other Users
9) Postings s that interfere with the servers and/or network systems of the Service
10) Activities that may hinder public order or customs.
11) Other activities that are deemed by the Company to be inappropriate.
[ 11. Copyright of Posting ]
1. Users retain rights for their own postings within the service.
2. Users permit the Company to use as following purpose of clauses written below.
1) Copying, transferring, and displaying the posting to other websites that the Company operates.
2) Reporting and being broadcasted to media stations and news agencies for the purpose of promoting the Company's service. However, we don't provide the personal information or postings to them without Users' permission.
3. If the Company wants to use Users' postings other than purposes written above, we will have to obtain Users' permission via mail or calling in advance.
4. The Company considers Users' postings within the service as being opened to be seen on search result or be utilized within linked sites.
5. Postings made by Users will be deleted when Users decide to cancel the registration contract. However, the Company may store certain postings for 1 year if necessary, and other reported postings by other Users will be deleted.
6. The Company will announce in advance if there is a transfer, modification and sharing of postings. We may modify or move the location of postings without altering the contents when integrating with among websites that we operate in accordance to service operation policy.
[ 12. The Company’s Exemption of Liability ]
1. The Company does its best in order to provide the service securely and maintain the condition stated above and law-observance.
2. The Company never provides Users' personal information to third parties without permission
3. The Company announces and follows “Personal Information Protection Policy” and operates the service along with firm security system and technical measure in terms of obtaining Users’ information and announcing “Personal Information Protection Policy”
4. If the Company considers User’s claim seem to be reasonable about the service, it owes a responsibility to resolve the matter immediately. If not, we are required to inform the Users the reason and consumed time on the service.
5. The Company may clearly notice the contents of charged service, how to use, cost of use, method of payment when providing charged service.
6. The Company will be responsible and compensate for any damage caused from Company’s fault; the range of responsibility is within customary damage.
[ 13. User Responsibility ]
1. Users should not take an action toward intervening Company's management service and always comply with all the announcements made by the Company such as terms of use, related legislations and service usage.
2. The Company may take measures that the Company considers necessary and appropriate, if the Company acknowledges that a User is using the service in a way which violates the Terms and Conditions. However, the Company shall not be responsible for correcting or preventing such violation towards Users or others.
3. Users are disallowed to distribute illegal software, obscene, hacking, advertisement or any other commercial related activities using the service. If violated, one may take a responsibility with appropriate regulations and the User shall immediately compensate the Company upon its request.
4. Users shall not violate Copyrights and Personality Rights,
do not share and distribute other users’ posts without their permissions.
5. Users are disallowed to give or transfer their usage authority as collateral.
6. Users are obliged to manage their own ID thoroughly and the Company shall not be responsible for correcting or preventing such violation towards Users or others.
[ 14. Provision of the Service ]
1. The Company may announce necessary authority or duties related to using service through Users' SMS or within the service area.
2. The Company may provide various sorts of information that is considered as necessary to operate the service through SMS and other methods to the Users.
[ 15. Advertisements ]
1. The Company can post advertisement within the service area.
2. The Company is not responsible for any problems that are caused between Users and advertisers in regards to using advertisement within the service.
[ 16. Reversion of Rights ]
1. All the intelligent right or copyright about the service belong to The Company. However, there is an exception within postings made by the Users or postings provided by afflicted companies
[ 17. Compensation for Damages ]
1. When a User causes any damage to the Company due to violating clause, the individual may compensate for all the necessary costs.
2. Due to taking an illegal action while using the service: when the Company gets litigated or reported for compensation, the relevant User must recompense all the costs and damages with its own responsibility and expense.
[ 18. Exemption from liability ]
1. In case of irresistible natural disaster, or any other accidental circumstances, responsibility for service provision will be exempted.
2. The company shall not be responsible for service use error due to User’s own fault.
3. The Company does not expressly or impliedly guarantee the liability and accuracy of posted contents by Users.
4. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages inflicted upon Users in relation to the use of the service.
5. The Company is not responsible for the Users stolen ID and other pieces of information.
6. When the Company is unable to provide the service due to network service error without the Company’s exemption, the reasonability for service offer will be excused
[ 19. Competent Court ]
1. For any originated disputes with respect to service utilization, we will deem the civil case lawsuit court as the competent court.
