① The Company strictly restrict personal information handling administrative officers into two; one who is able to manage personal information and another who is not.
② The Company regularly emphasizes the importance of following policies by frequent trainings. Also, we make an immediate action when any problem related to relevant administrative officers arises.


8. Authority of Users and Legal Representatives and Methods to Exert
① Users and legal representatives may, make changes, request to withdraw, inquire registered personal information of their own or individuals under the age of 14 at any time.
② Personal information (ID, national code, mobile number, etc.) of User or individual under the age of 14 may be inquired or corrected. It’s possible to inquire through personal information management administrators and calling.
③ The Company would not provide or use the User’s personal information until the inquiry has been completely fulfilled upon the User’s request to correct the error of his/her personal information. Furthermore, when false personal information is provided to the third party, the procedure of correction would be immediately reported to the third party.
④ The Company handles any deactivated or deleted personal information requested by User or legal representative according to “Duration to use and store collected personal information” and disallows to use or read for other purposes
